AVIOX Cloud provides licensed and fully integrated versions of Plesk across selected VPS and dedicated hosting packages.

🧩 1. Accessing Your Plesk Panel

Step 1: Log in to the AVIOX Cloud Portal

  • Visit avioxcloud.com
  • Go to Services → My Services.
  • Select your hosting or VPS package with Plesk.

Step 2: Locate Login Details

  • Under service details, you’ll find:
    • Panel URL: https://yourdomain.com:8443
    • Username: admin or your hosting user
    • Password: (provided during setup)

Step 3: Access the Dashboard

  • Visit the Panel URL in your browser.
  • Log in with your credentials to access the Plesk Dashboard.

🌐 2. Adding a Domain / Website

Step 1: Create a New Domain

  • On the left sidebar, click Websites & Domains → Add Domain.
  • Enter your domain name.
  • Choose Hosting Type → Website Hosting.
  • Assign the root directory (default: httpdocs).
  • Click OK.

Step 2: Add Subdomains (Optional)

  • Click Add Subdomain → Enter subdomain name → Choose document root → Click OK.

📁 3. Uploading Website Files

Option 1: File Manager

  • Go to Websites & Domains → File Manager.
  • Open the httpdocs directory.
  • Upload or drag-and-drop your website files here.

Option 2: FTP Access

  • Use any FTP client (like FileZilla).
  • Host: yourdomain.com
  • Username: your Plesk account user
  • Port: 21
  • Upload to /httpdocs/.

🧠 4. Managing Databases

  • Go to Websites & Domains → Databases → Add Database.
  • Choose a name and related website.
  • Create a new database user and password.
  • To manage your database, click phpMyAdmin from the database list.

✉️ 5. Setting Up Email Accounts

  • Navigate to Mail → Create Email Address.
  • Enter your desired name (e.g., info@yourdomain.com ).
  • Set a strong password.
  • You can:
    • Access Webmail via: https://webmail.yourdomain.com
    • Or configure in email clients (Outlook, Thunderbird) using IMAP/SMTP.

🔐 6. Installing SSL Certificates

  • Go to Websites & Domains → SSL/TLS Certificates.
  • Choose Let’s Encrypt or upload a custom SSL.
  • Enter your email, select domain and www version.
  • Click Get it free.
  • Once installed, HTTPS will automatically activate.

🔄 7. Backups and Restore

  • Open Websites & Domains → Backup Manager.
  • Click Back Up.
  • Choose backup type:
    • Full Backup (entire account)
    • Incremental Backup (recent changes)
  • Store backup locally or remotely (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
  • To restore, select a backup and click Restore.

  • Go to Tools & Settings → Security Policy.
  • Configure password strength, IP bans, and session timeout.
  • Under Extensions → Security Advisor, scan for vulnerabilities.
  • Keep your Plesk updated under Tools & Settings → Updates.

  • Restart Services: Go to Tools & Settings → Services Management.
  • Monitor Resources: Open Server → Statistics for CPU, RAM, and disk usage.
