AVIOX Cloud provides DirectAdmin on all shared hosting and select VPS plans with pre-configured security and resource management.

🧩 1. Accessing Your DirectAdmin Panel

Step 1: Log in to the AVIOX Cloud Client Portal

• Go to avioxcloud.com
• Navigate to Services → My Services
• Select your hosting package that includes DirectAdmin.

Step 2: Find Your Login Details

You’ll see:

• Panel URL: https://yourdomain.com:2222
• Username: (provided by AVIOX Cloud)
• Password: (set during setup)

Step 3: Log In

• Visit the URL and log in with your credentials.
• You’ll now be in the DirectAdmin Dashboard.

🌐 2. Creating Your First Website

Step 1: Add a Domain

• From the dashboard, go to Account Manager → Domain Setup → Add Another Domain.
• Enter your domain (e.g., yourdomain.com).
• Choose options:
  • Bandwidth limit
  • Disk space
  • CGI or PHP enable
• Click Create.

Step 2: View and Manage the Domain

• Return to Domain Setup to view all domains.
• Click your domain to manage files, email, and DNS.

📁 3. Uploading Website Files

Option 1: File Manager

• Go to System Info & Files → File Manager.
• Navigate to /domains/yourdomain.com/public_html.
• Upload your files using the Upload Files button.

Option 2: FTP Access

• Use an FTP client like FileZilla.
• Host: yourdomain.com
• Username: your DirectAdmin account user
• Port: 21
• Upload your site files to public_html.

• Go to Account Manager → MySQL Management → Create New Database.
• Enter a database name, username, and password.
• Click Create.
• To manage it:
  • Click phpMyAdmin link from the same section.
  • Use your database credentials to log in.

• Go to E-Mail Manager → E-Mail Accounts → Create Mail Account.
• Enter a username (e.g., info@yourdomain.com ) and password.
• Click Create.

To access Webmail:

• Visit https://yourdomain.com/roundcube or
• Use the Webmail Login link inside the Email Manager.

Step 1: Navigate to SSL Management

• Go to Account Manager → SSL Certificates.

Step 2: Enable Free Let’s Encrypt SSL

• Check Free & automatic certificate from Let’s Encrypt.
• Select:
  • yourdomain.com
  • www.yourdomain.com
• Click Save.

Step 3: Verify

• Visit your domain using https:// to confirm the SSL is active.

🔄 7. Backups & Restorations

• Go to Advanced Features → Create/Restore Backups.
• Choose the items you want to back up (Domains, Emails, Databases, etc.).
• Click Create Backup.

To restore:

• Go to Restore Backup.
• Select the backup file.
• Click Restore Selected Items.

🛡️ 8. Security & Access Control

• Go to Account Manager → Password Protected Directories to restrict access.
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication under Password / Security Settings.
• Use IP Manager to allow/deny specific IPs.
• Keep DirectAdmin auto-updates enabled for best protection.

⚙️ 9. Resource and Server Management

• Check System Info & Files → Resource Usage to monitor CPU, RAM, and bandwidth.
• Restart services (Web, DNS, Mail) from the Service Monitor section.
• For VPS users, SSH access can be enabled under Extra Features → SSH Access.
