For AVIOX Cloud–managed servers, all steps below are pre-integrated with our infrastructure.
🧩 1. Accessing Your CyberPanel
Step 1: Log in to AVIOX Cloud Portal
- Go to avioxcloud.com
- Navigate to Services → My Services.
- Select your hosting or VPS plan that includes CyberPanel.
Step 2: Find Login Credentials
- Under your hosting details, locate:
- Panel URL (e.g.,
https://yourserverip:8090) - Username:
admin - Password: (generated during setup)

Step 3: Access the Dashboard
- Open the Panel URL in your browser.
- Log in using the provided credentials.
- You will see the CyberPanel Dashboard, your main control hub.
🌐 2. Creating Your First Website
Step 1: Add a Domain
- From the left sidebar, go to Websites → Create Website.
- Fill in:
- Select Package: Default (or your custom plan)
- Owner: admin
- Domain Name: yourdomain.com
- Email: your@email.com
- Check options like SSL, DKIM, and OpenLiteSpeed
- Click Create Website.
Step 2: Verify Website
- After creation, go to Websites → List Websites.
- Click Manage next to your domain.
- You’ll see the document root, email setup, file manager, and logs.
📁 3. Uploading Website Files
Option 1: File Manager
- Go to Websites → List Websites → Manage → File Manager.
- Upload files into the
public_htmlfolder. - Use the Extract tool for compressed ZIP files.
Option 2: FTP Access
- Use any FTP client (e.g., FileZilla).
- Host: yourdomain.com
- Username/Password: same as your website account.
- Port: 21
🧠 4. Creating Databases
- Navigate to Databases → Create Database.
- Choose your domain and enter:
- Database Name
- Username
- Password
- Click Create Database.
- To manage your DB, go to Databases → phpMyAdmin.
✉️ 5. Setting Up Email Accounts
- Go to Email → Create Email.
- Select your domain and create an address (e.g., info@yourdomain.com ).
- Access webmail via:
https://yourdomain.com:8090/rainloop - You can also configure email clients (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.) using IMAP/SMTP credentials from your CyberPanel.
🔐 6. Managing SSL Certificates
- Go to SSL → Manage SSL.
- Choose your domain and click Issue SSL.
- CyberPanel automatically installs a free Let’s Encrypt SSL certificate.
- Verify by visiting
https://yourdomain.com.
🔄 7. Backups & Restoration
- Navigate to Backup → Create Backup.
- Choose your website and click Create Backup.
- To restore:
- Go to Backup → Restore Backup
- Select the backup file
- Click Restore
🛡️ 8. Security Management
- Go to Security → Firewall
- Add or remove IP rules.
- Enable Fail2Ban for brute-force protection.
- Regularly update CyberPanel under Version Management.

- Access Server Status → LiteSpeed Status to monitor usage.
- Use Terminal in CyberPanel for direct shell access.
- Reboot services (Mail, Web, Database) under Manage Services.
